Character: tiny desk engineer

A comically small engineer originally thought up by gmod animator Dr. Lalve. They are described as “Expensive and useless." and "Better than a normal engineer.”
can usually be found hidden in backgrounds doing the kazotsky kick taunt from Team Fortress 2 or something similar.
