Frank is an anthro male husky/spitz, with white and brown fur and black hair.
The inside of his ears, his face, his back, his arms, the back of his tail, his butt as well as his balls, and the soles of his feet are white... The other parts are brown.

His eyes are yellow and he has three red scars on his right cheek...
He is Rick's father and bears a striking resemblance to his son.
