Rod Cook is a bull character created by Anti Dev as early as may 2011.
"His name's Rod Cook, he's a cowboy, and his pants have a pocket dimension to contain his massive manhood."[1] He works for Charlie Dickens, who has forbidden him from having sex with Grip at work.[2]
Anti Dev hadn't drawn Rod "in like 10 years" until he decided to bring him back in october 2022.[3]
