Cookie Blair is the protagonist of the 1999 PC & Macintosh game Cookie's Bustle: Mysterious Bombo World. She is a 5-year-old human girl who believes she is a living teddy bear. She is depicted as a bear throughout the game, with her human self only being seen in silhouette.

She wishes to compete in and win the Bombo Games held in Dero City, a city constructed by Roswell Grey aliens known as "EBEs" who crash-landed on Earth on an island known as Bombo World. Traveling to Bombo World, Cookie becomes caught in the middle of a conflict between the island's residents and the EBEs, and must eventually save the Earth from the aliens.
