Furgononic headwear refers to headwear designed to be worn by anthropomorphic characters. Such features includes holes or guards for the ears, horn(s), antennae or eyestalks to poke through or elongated helmets for long-snouted or beaked anthro characters.

If the headwear is not designed to accommodate these furry traits, and may even cause discomfort from this oversight, then it is non-furgonomic headwear.
