An éclair is a type of cream-filled pastry. The traditional shape is visually similar to a narrow boston cream donut, though more sandwich-like variants exist.
Due to its oblong shape and how the cream inside tends to seep from the tip, it makes for a popular type of suggestive food. The "cream stuffing" part is also a fairly common analogy for the the likes of cum inflation.
