"Cursed object" describes any inanimate item with supernatural/magical energy that inflicts an unwanted effect on the character who interacts with that object.

Common effects of cursed objects involve the unlucky character being bound or trapped, encumbered, corrupted, transformed, or mind controlled. A cursed object, particularly in sexual/fetish contexts may cause parts of the character's body to expand, or make the cursed character become uncontrollably aroused.
