Reina is a character created by Sachasketchy, a curvy, blue and white toucan, who works as a sheriff and moonlights as a club owner. Reina has various magical powers, such as being able to shoot magic beams from her fingers, transform into various forms, grow and shrink herself as well as parts of her body, and squish down into impossible spaces.

Reina was originally intended to appear in a webcomic called Mutton Chop.
