Loonatics Unleashed was an ill-fated American animated television series produced by Warner Bros. Animation that ran on Kids' WB for two seasons from 2005 to 2007 in the United States.

The series was based/inspired on the Looney Tunes cartoon characters, with the series described by Warner Bros. as an "action-comedy." Loonatics Unleashed is meant to be a mixture of the Looney Tunes shorts' irreverent style of humor and a modern action animated series, with the characters designed in a more action cartoon inspired style. Unlike previous Looney Tunes-related shows, Loonatics Unleashed has a darker tone and takes place in a post-apocalyptic setting, as well as multiple minor story arcs. The serial format was a great departure from the original source material. The show met with mixed to negative reviews.

The initial concept designs were met with a massive wave of criticism among young and old fans and there were even petitions to have the designs changed. Which actually happened to make them less edgy and more akin to how they appear in the series. Sam Register, who became WB's executive vice president of creative affairs in 2008, considers the character designs "a reminder of what not to do".

Since then, the Loonatics had a lasting negative impact on the Looney Tunes franchise and by extension Warner Bros. Animation and the concept of rebooting as a whole. To the point that the Looney Tunes franchise went on complete hiatus for 4-5 Years until The Looney Tunes Show and the last time they were acknowledged was as the butt of a joke in the Animaniacs (2020) Reboot.
