A recreational beverage made from soda, prescription-strength codeine, the antihistamine promethazine, and sometimes hard candies and/or Kool-Aid. It acts as a depressant of the central nervous system.
Effects include disassociation, numbness, respiratory arrest, and, due to respiratory arrest, an increased risk of hypoxia and ultimately death.
