A glass floor is an embedded pane of glass inside of a permanent flooring structure. Some tile floors use a tile constructed out of glass.

Not to be confused with

• glass_furniture - Furniture should never be described as a floor, but may be described as a surface.
• glass_surface - The tag for glass floors, furniture, and any other glass pane that cannot easily be described as a floor.
• under_surface_view - Glass floors should rarely be viewed from underneath. This tag, or on_glass_surface will generally be more applicable.
