Collars that have control the thoughts, actions, desires, etc. often through a hypnotic effect on the wearer. Not to be confused with regular collars on hypnotized characters. Often depicted as being able to hypnotize/control wearer due to magical or technological effects. Collars that are not inherently hypnotic but act as a hypnotic trigger can also fall under this umbrella. In these cases there should be some indication that the collar is the cause of the character entering a hypnotized state. Either through an association with it being put on and hypnosis occuring or a focus on the collar through text such as character speech, thoughts, or hypnotic suggestions represented via text.
