Ambiguous tag - use one of the following instead:

head_penis (when a character has a penis protruding from their head)
dickhead (head replaced with penis)
dickneck (detached head with penis as a neck)
dickface (penis with its own humanoid head/face)
glans ("head" of a normal penis)
