Pepper Westerly is a character created by saltyseaskunk. He is a blue male skunk with white hair and a teapot bodytype. He wears a white sailor uniform, though in place of a shirt and pants he sports a thong leotard instead.

Pepper is very happy & energetic, and being a sailor he loves things pertaining to sailing or the sea. He enjoys playing the accordion, and has a pet octopus named Dudley. As a skunk he is somewhat self-conscious about his scent and makes sure his is a pleasant one - he naturally smells of sea salt & hibiscus.
