Gambling is placing money, or some other thing of value on the outcome of a game of chance, or sporting event. A place specifically oriented for gambling is known as a casino. Images that clearly shows characters playing a game of chance at a casino, or operating a gaming machine associated with such facilities may be tagged gambling without evidence that a transaction has occurred.
