A process in which something is forcibly breached, or torn under pressure by something stored inside it. This commonly refers to clothing being torn due to bulging anatomy. However the term bursting does not necessarily require an object to be damaged. In the sense of clothing, bursting may occur simply by unbuttoning, or unzipping clothing under tension.
