The Teen Titans are a fictional superhero group, appearing in comics published by DC Comics. As the name implies, the group are made of many teenage superheroes, with many of them often being sidekicks to heroes from the Justice League. The team, after aging out of teen years, became known as the Titans, though the franchise's original name still stuck.

The series has gone through many revivals and relaunches, though the most iconic incarnation was the 1980's The New Teen Titans. The group in the 80's revival consisted of the newly introduced Cyborg, Starfire, Raven, and Beast Boy. This new incarnation of the team was famously adapted into animated media, such as in the Cartoon Network adaptation and its spinoff Teen Titans Go!
