City destruction describes widespread devastation or complete destruction of an entire city (or other settlement) actively being done by a character (most often a giant, rampaging character), or some other event such as a disaster (earthquake, tornado, meteor strike, etc).

City destruction should only be tagged if the damage is clearly widespread — if the character is extremely large and able to step on, sit on, or lay across large areas of a city, or if there's a cityscape of ruins and burning wreckage behind the macro, city destruction is appropriate — if there are a small number of damaged buildings in the scene, the post is better tagged as building destruction.

Note: If there is no "active agent" destroying the city, use ruins instead
