Kancho is a Japanese schoolchildren's prank intended to startle and invade personal space.

Sneaking behind an unsuspecting victim, two hands making finger guns are clasped together and drawn back. When the moment is right, the hands jolt forward and poke the victim in the anus at extreme speeds. It can be very painful, and is oftentimes accompanied by the battle cry, "KANCHO!!!".

The kancho's namesake comes from a slang form of the Japanese word for enema.
