For transformation that only or primarily affect a character's genitals. This tag typically applies to same-sex changes, such as M equine_penis → M canine_penis or F humanoid_pussy → F feline_pussy.
Can be used with gender_transformation if the gender of the genitals changes, such as M humanoid_penis → F canine_pussy, as seen in post 4769510
However, if only the gender changes and the genital remains the same type, such asM canine_penis → F canine_pussy, genital_transformation should not be used.
