Julia (formerly J37 and Julia Brain) is a character from the Pinky and the Brain segments of the 2020 revival of Animaniacs. Her voice actor is Maria Bamford.

She is a genetically-altered laboratory mouse and ex-wife of the Brain. She first appears in the episode eight skit "Mousechurian Candidate", in which Brain modifies her from a feral mouse to an anthropomorphic mouse using the DNA found on the artifacts of past First Ladies of the United States as part of his latest scheme to try to take over the world. He uses her to appeal to voters as he tries to run to become a United States Senator for the State of Iowa, so he can eventually become President of the United States. However, it ends up backfiring when Julia is so much more appealing than him that she is elected by an overwhelming margin of voters as a write-in. When she then runs for the Presidency, he then tries to get her to follow his word, but when she realizes about him using her, she decides to go against his orders and run on her own terms. Brain then uses the mind control function of her neural implant as a last-ditch effort, but she painfully defies it, abandoning a presidential debate in Nashua, New Hampshire and her presidential run to avoid further control and abuse from him. She is now a femme fatale plotting her revenge against him, still suffering from the pain of the defective implant.
