Species: black baza
The black baza (Aviceda leuphotes) is a small accipitrid bird belonging to the genus Aviceda. The species features dark grey to black plumage with alternating brown and white barring on the chest and belly areas. A patch of white feathers surrounds the frontal area of the neck.
