When a foot can be seen pushing through an opaque membrane of any kind, be it skin, a plastic bag, or the like.
Often used in vore images to highlight the presence of a trapped or struggling character.
Alternatively it can also be used when a foot leaves an imprint on something, like the inside of a shoe.
