Character: tom (mascot)
Tom is the official mascot of the Rio 2016 Summer Paralympics. He is often seen with his friend, Vinicius_(mascot).
Tom’s design is based around Brazilian fauna, and doesn’t represent a specific plant. He has blue_skin, and arms that transition to orange. He also light green kneecaps, and forest green lower legs. His hair is several leaves sprouting as a bush from his head.
