The third incarnation of Hasbro's My Little Pony toyline and media franchise, often referred to as Generation 3 by collectors and fans. This generation lasted from 2003 to 2010, seeing multiple straight to video animated films, and undergoing a short-lived, but major redesign in 2009, which became known as Generation 3.5.
