Boss Hostrich is one of the antagonists, member of the sky pirates, in the animated series Mao Mao: Heroes of Pure Heart.

He is a cybernetic ostrich who wears a purple hat and bowtie, he has round metallic shoulders and robotic legs. He wears southern style clothing, such as a brown vest with a white shirt with dark brown pants. His feathers/fur is white and black on the back of his tail, the fingers in his hands are gray and the claws on his feet are light brown. His eyes look laid back, with his eyelids being almost closed, his scleras are slightly yellow, his pupils are black, his head is white but when his hat is on, the shadow makes his head black, his bill is light pink with a black rectangle possibly being a mustache of black color, and a white bear underneath his beak.

He is well mannered and laid back. His manners play mostly against the plans of the sky pirates, such as the episode "He's the Sheriff" where he lost against King Snugglemane in a manners fight, having to return the aerocycle they stole from Mao Mao.

Despite having the name "boss" in his name, he isn't the leader of the sky pirates, that being orangusnake.
