Gynomorph to Herm Transformation. This is usually because of some type of magic or surgery transforming the character.

For example, a now gynomorph character found a potion and drank it; the effect cleansed the spell that removed their vagina, becoming a herm once again.

Important: This tag is not to be used for images of a herm character who has not gone through either a visual transformation within the image, or has been proven to have done so through dialogue.
