The Whore of Babylon is a term for both a demonic form and an item from the video game series The Binding of Isaac.

When the item is equipped (and the player reaches one hit point on red health) the user is given demonic black skin, long crinkly horns, and chunky fangs.

Often the character Eve is depicted in this form as the Whore of Babylon is her starting item in the game. This demonic form may or may not also sport a long imp-like tail.
