A pegboard a sheet of material with pre-made, evenly-spaced holes, and is generally used for the storage or display of objects. Pegboards can be made of many types of material, such as wood, compressed wood fibers, or metal.

Pegs or hooks are placed in the holes, and objects are either suspended from the pegs, or placed on top and supported from underneath by two or more pegs.
