Mew Mew Kissy Cutie is a fictional anime series which exists in the Undertale and Deltarune universes. Its protagonist is a female cat humanoid named Mew Mew who has the power to control people by kissing them. She uses this power to fix people's problems, as well as learning the value of friendship.

In Undertale, the series is shown to be loved by Alphys, who has Mew Mew memorabilia all over her laboratory. It has a sequel series named Mew Mew Kissy Cutie 2, which unlike the original, is strongly detested by Alphys, as she claims it ruins Mew Mew's character arc.

In Deltarune, both Mew Mew and its sequel series still exist. However, in this game, Alphys actually prefers Mew Mew 2 over the original as seen from a review in the Hometown library. She claims it treats the viewers like mature adults and that the original instead treats them like animals who would be disinterested in watching unless there was constantly a beach ball on-screen.

In addition to this, Deltarune shows that Alphys also feeds what she presumes to be an alley cat, which she names Mew Mew, after the show's protagonist. However, Alphys has never actually seen the cat, and only knows of its existence because every bowl of milk she has left out in the alley has been mysteriously drank.

The Mew Mew Kissy Cutie series's name may be taken from Tokyo Mew Mew (known as Mew Mew Power in the US), which is a romance magical girl anime much like what Alphys describes of Mew Mew Kissy Cutie in Undertale.
