Intersex to Intersex Transformation, where an intersex character (a gynomorph, andromorph, herm, or maleherm of either body type) is transformed into another type of intersex character.

For example, a spell might cause an andromorph to grow a penis (but doesn't replace the vagina), transforming them into a maleherm; or a herm might lose their vagina and become a gynomorph.

Important: This tag is not to be used for images of a gynomorph, andromorph, herm, or maleherm who has not gone through either a visual transformation within the image, or has been proven to have done so through dialogue. Use discretion with the Gender Tagging Rules to determine whether the character has actually changed from one identifiable type of intersex to another, and which ones in particular.
