Mr.Raccoon is a fictional mascot within Resident Evil
for Raccoon City's Zoo.
The character makes no physical appearance within the games, but instead as illustrations on various forms of merchandise within the game. Most recently as bobbleheads within the 2019 remake of Resident Evil 2.
