Living Image is a feature of Windows 8.1 and some Lumia Phones and contains an animation in the form of an embedded mp4. It appears that these pictures' animations can now only be viewed by opening them with either 7-Zip or WinRAR, as the format appears to be largely unsupported. All living images when opened in such a way will produce the following:

Living.mp4 being the animation and living.jpg being either the last or first frame. If neither 7-Zip nor WinRAR yield these files when the image is open, it should not get the living image tag.
