When an article of "clothing" is made/recycled from something not meant to be clothing, such as a plastic bag, food, or curtains.

When something doesn't seem obvious (such as the above-mentioned curtains), it might be best to use the tag only when there's a hint in the image itself that the clothing is not actual clothing. E.g.: someone is literally draping still-hanging curtains over themselves.
