Foxy is an old and sparsely seen old toon fox character from several Merrie Melodies animated shorts, created by ex-Disney animator Rudy Ising.

Labeled as "perhaps the leading Mickey Mouse imitator", Foxy is almost identical in appearance to the at the time classical iteration of Mickey Mouse, with the only major differences being his long and fluffy tail as well as his ears being tapered into points rather than rounded. While mostly forgotten, with most of his appearances currently in the public domain, he and his girlfriend, Roxy, as well as the character Goopy Geer made their latest and most modern appearance in a Tiny Toon Adventures episode, with slight redesigns.
