This tag is used when the shape/outline of a character's nipples can be seen through, for example, clothing.
Very faint nipple outlines can be rated Safe when appropriate, but otherwise should be at least rated Questionable.
Not to be confused with erect_nipples. If part of the areola is visibly uncovered use areola_slip and if the nipple(s) is visibly uncovered use nipple_slip.
