Tojays are a type of Khajiit depicted as being smaller than their Ohmes and suthay brothers.

Nothing is known much about the Tojays other than that they are born within the cycle of "Secunda new" which is Basically Masser looking like a waxing crescent or 1st quarter moon, and Secunda looking like a new moon which it might got it's name from(Masser and Secunda are the two moons of Nirn in the universe of the Elderscrolls).
