thigh squish
When thigh highs are too tight for the character's legs, thereby "squishing" the thighs, and creating an indentation along the top edge with a bulging appearance to the thigh above it.
It can also be used with tight shorts, thigh bands, and garters that cause a noticeable squish (not to be confused with garter belts).
