When a character's detached_sheath (non-detached sheaths generally can't stretch that far, so remember to add this tag as well) is held down below their crotch (i.e., backwards), usually held in place by their hand or against a solid surface like the ground.

Don't tag with penis_backwards unless there is some level of erection (penis_tip, half_erect, etc).

Commonly seen from behind a character lying at least partially on their front.
