A reindeer character owned by BaffleBlend, strongly inspired by the "spinning reindeer" test graphic on the Utopia Boot Disk for the Sega Dreamcast, marked by her uniformly tan fur, bright blue eyes, and poofy blonde hair, along with being a bit overweight.
Two versions of this character exist.
One lives a fairly normal life, and has a fixation with the 1990s. She's self-conscious, struggling college student with an interest in programming and video games. She tends to be teased a lot regarding her species, and as such has an aversion to yet inability to avoid all things Christmas.
The other is a variant made as a player character for a Christmas-themed tabletop RPG, where humans who lived exceptionally virtuous lives can choose to delay their afterlife and instead help to fight the forces of darkness under the employ of Santa Claus as a reindeer. In life, this Utah was a hippie who was killed taking a bullet for an innocent bystander during a protest. She hangs onto her love for the 1960s decades later out of a sense of pride for her ideals.
They're often referred to as "Utah-90" and "Utah-60", respectively. They can be told apart by 60 having the same kind of halo that marks deceased characters in Dragon Ball.
