Species: bruce (neopets)

A Neopet strongly resembling a penguin and named after late British actor Bruce Forsyth, known for their beady eyes and large bow tie. The name and bow tie is a holdover from when they were a "joke" species in the earliest years of the Neopets website–humans using the likeness of their namesake–until January 2001, when they were changed into their current form.
