Spyro's Dad is a character based off of the purple biped dragon from the Spyro the Dragon manual who looks strikingly similar to the titular character himself. Since then, there have been fan speculation that this character may either be Spyro in his adult years or his father.

Therefore, this tag should be used for images that explicitly refers to this character as Spyro's father. Otherwise, just assume that this dragon is an aged up Spyro by default.

Update: Michael John revealed in this Twitter post chain that the purple biped dragon found in the original game's manual wasn't a grownup Spyro nor his father, but a dragon that just happened to have the same color scheme as the titular hero. Therefore, this tag might require a rename to match this new information.
