zalgo edit

An edit of a post where its text has been masked (usually called Zalgo text) and/or its setting and subjects have been "corrupted", for example with blood dripping down walls, characters' eyes scribbled out, unexplained shadowy figures, et cetera. This is in reference to the Zalgo creepypasta, which used similar effects.
