A major antagonist in the Dragon Ball manga, Cell is a Bio-Android created from the genetic material of the greatest fighters to ever visit Earth, created to kill Goku.
He has a number of forms, starting in his insectoid Imperfect form, and then transforming into his more humanoid Semi-Perfect upon absorbing Android 17, and then, after absorbing Android 18, reaching his ultimate form, Perfect Cell.
