The female counter part to Alvin and leader of the Chippetes, Brittany made her official debut in the 1983 series Alvin and the Chipmunks, but was inspired by Charlene the Chipette. Brittany is usually the older sister to Jeanette and Eleanor, but was made the middle child only in the live action movies. All three were created and voiced by Janice Karman.
Brittany is the diva out of the three sisters. She's hooked on the spot light and can get very competitive. She also tends to be self-centered, snobby and have a bit of a tempter.
