When a character is shown stating that they do not consent to whatever is currently happening to them or is going to happen to them. The opposite of explicitly_stated_consent.

This tag is not mutually exclusive with explicitly_stated_consent as one character could be consenting and another not, a character changes their mind, or a character might consent to one activity but not another.

Additionally, this tag also applies not only to sex itself - for example, a character can consent to sex but still explicitly say they don't consent to a specific aspect of it, such as an unwanted_impregnation (as such, something with this tag may not necessarily be rape), or a character can state they don't want to be cuddled or undressed.
