Cartoonist Diana Barron is probably best known for her Lilo & Stitch fan art where she often draws Lilo Pelekai as a young adult (with fuller lips than the canonical representation of her adult self) still living with Stitch as the sibling figures they are normally portrayed as (contrasting the Stitch! anime that separates the two). She has also drawn fan art of other Disney characters, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Invader Zim, and The Phantom of the Opera, among other works.
