Fake ears that resemble those of a domestic dog, usually attached to a hairband. They may also be a part of a hood, a hat, or stuck to the wearer's head or actual ears in some way. They should be explicitly shown on a hairband, covering the wearer's real ears, or heavily implied to be fake by the character having a second set of ears that matches the rest of their body - and lacking any other features to suggest they're a hybrid species or dog humanoid.

Fake dog ears are most often of the "floppy" or "folded" varieties, rather than upright "prick" ears. Fake dog ears are usually worn with a fake tail, and sometimes involves a character wearing a dog collar, paw gloves and paw boots to "complete the costume".
