Fake ears that resemble those of cattle, usually attached to a hairband, which will often also include a pair of fake cow horns. They may also be a part of a hood, a hat, or stuck to the wearer's head or actual ears in some way. Fake cow ears should be explicitly shown on a hairband, covering the wearer's real ears, or heavily implied to be fake by the character having a second set of ears that matches the rest of their body - and lacking any other cattle features to suggest they're a hybrid species or cattle humanoid.

Fake cow ears are frequently worn with cow print clothing, especially bikinis, lingerie, thigh highs and elbow gloves; the character may also wear a cowbell on a collar, and sometimes, rarely, a nose ring, to further convey the "cow theme".
