Fake ears that resemble those of fox, usually attached to a hairband. They may also be a part of a hood, a hat, or stuck to the wearer's head or actual ears in some way. They should be explicitly shown on a hairband, covering the wearer's real ears, or heavily implied to be fake by the character having a second set of ears that matches the rest of their body - and lacking any other features to suggest they're a hybrid species or fox humanoid.
